Most of the imagery that makes up my work comes from nature and form.
I use a traditional camera and www to get my ideas flowing. i like to
think of my work as appropriation art. I like to combine images in a collage
fashion, cut and paste creativity. This combination creates images I would not think of otherwise.

One of my technique combines emulsion transfer, which I have developed over
the years, and acrylic paint onto various materials such as wood, metal
and canvas. My work is held by myself, family and friends.

My background includes twenty five years as a graphic designer and
creative director in consumer packaging and brand management.

I received a BFA / Visual Communications at Northern Illinois University in 1982.
